1st Look Sport was founded in 2007 when sports recruitment was a new and exciting concept. My passion for sports and my deep connection to them fueled my determination and passion. However, my company has evolved significantly since then. We have embraced innovative, progressive, and forward-thinking approaches that have allowed us to pioneer new approaches and position ourselves at the forefront of this new platform. Our renowned training programs are renowned worldwide, catering to athletes of all sports and genders. About Us
I’m Terrance McDuffie, the founder of 1st Look Sports. Athletics has been a part of my life since childhood. As the oldest of five boys, with three former D-1 football players among us, and a son who’s an NFL free agent also nephew who currently play MLB for Green Bay Packers.
I started my company in 2007, when sports recruiting was new. I’m still thrilled about the new direction. While the company looks different, my enthusiasm remains the same, and my family of 1st Look Sports Athletes are the winners.
Over a thousand college institutions offer scholarships, and there’s a home for every athlete willing to work hard. Myself and my team of scouts from throughout the country relationships with hundreds of college coaches benefit 1st Look Sports athletes. I’ve coached, trained, and mentored over a thousand young athletes. I’ve been involved in coaching elite teams in Western New York for over 25 years. I coached my daughter on a travel softball team and initiated highly competitive football and baseball programs.
In 1999, I expanded my blessings by starting an Elite AAU Nationally Ranked basketball program that included talented players from Erie, Pennsylvania, to Toronto. Our progressive training and recruiting program is changing the game. These highlights bestowed my blessings.
Now, I’m helping a new generation of dreamers.
