Our Training Program: Built for high level Performance
Included in every membership package is our elite training program, the same one that helped launch 90% of the collegiate and professional athletes featured on this site(former Players). It’s designed to elevate each athlete’s skill set and mental game to compete at the highest level possible.
Our customized training program is designed for professional coaches, stay-at-home parents with no athletic background, or anyone in between. Enroll and join the 1st Look Sports Family for exclusive benefits.
The program includes a six-week, three-times-per-week high-level training regimen to develop explosive quickness, agility, and overall athleticism. Sign up on our Training program section. You will receive the training program within 72 hours.
In addition to the training program, you’ll get a detailed drill dictionary for each drill. Our student-athletes have access to four high-levels of workout programs: Beginner, intermediate, high school and Elite High-School Athlete receive workouts similar to college, and professional level athletes workout.(Our Elite High School athletes)
